You can request deletion of your Coachri account and all associated personal data at any time. Just send us an email and we'll take care of the rest.

Email us at support@coachri.com from the address associated with your Coachri account. Use the button below to open a pre-filled message.

Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete:
- Profile information
- Workout history
- Meal logs
- AI chat history
- All other personal data
A note on subscription records
Subscription and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years after your account is deleted, as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. These records are kept securely and are not used for any other purpose.
