Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coachri ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Coachri.

These Terms apply to all users of Coachri, including free and Pro subscribers. They are governed by the laws of the European Union.

Coachri is operated by an independent developer based in the EU.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Coachri. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use Coachri and to make any purchases.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Before starting any new exercise programme or making significant changes to your diet, you should:

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any existing medical conditions
• Consult a registered dietitian for personalised nutritional advice
• Listen to your body and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort

Coachri and its developer are not liable for any injury, illness, or health issue that arises from following plans or advice generated by the App.

Calorie and macro estimates provided by the AI are approximations only and should not be relied upon for medical nutrition therapy.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

Coachri is available for free with the following limitations:

• 3 AI coach messages per day
• Week 1 of your workout plan only
• 1 free exercise swap per day
• Basic progress tracking

Coachri Pro

Coachri Pro unlocks the full experience:

Billing

• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
• Prices shown are in USD; local currency pricing may apply based on your region
• Prices may vary by country and are subject to applicable taxes

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Refunds

All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Apple's and Google's refund policies apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Coachri only for its intended purpose — personal fitness coaching and tracking. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use automated tools to access the AI coach at scale
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gates or Pro feature restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

Intellectual Property

Coachri, including its design, code, AI prompts, and content, is owned by its developer. All rights are reserved.

The AI-generated workout plans and meal plans produced for you are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialise content generated by Coachri.

Your personal fitness data (logs, measurements, workout history) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

AI-Generated Content

Coachri uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate workout plans, meal plans, and coaching responses. By using the AI coach, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances
• The AI coach does not have access to your medical history
• Responses are generated based on the information you provide and general fitness knowledge
• You should apply personal judgement and consult professionals for medical or clinical decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coachri and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or physical harm resulting from following App-generated plans or advice
• Loss of data due to device failure, app bugs, or circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Interruption or discontinuation of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Coachri shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Coachri available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at support@coachri.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Coachri after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using Coachri and cancel any active subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent EU courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
